Pointer footwear is an independent casual and streetwear inspired footwear company based in London. Pointer is Gareth Skweis, ROse Choules, Mat Fowler and Hannah Draper. Founded in May 2004 by Gareth, formely the production manager at the revered British clothing company Silas and Maria.
Pointer Shoes are designed by Rose Choules, who comes from a footwear design background, Mat and Hannah take care of the graphics. Clients of their design agency, Playarea, include Carhartt, Silas and Maria, Blueprint Skateboards and Girl Skateboards amongst others. Due to the steady growth in popularity of the casual shoe, Pointer was created to cater for people who are not interested in wearing tecnical sports shoes, bulky trainers or the latest edition trainers.
